I upgraded from v.1.98 of G-Lock Email Processor to v3 on Windows Server 2003 SP2 and when I run the new version I get the following error message:

The specified service does not exist as an installed service.

Install the G-Lock Email Processor service manually.

Clik Start -> Run

Type this command

C:\Program Files\G-Lock Software\GEP2\EPService.exe /install

Click OK.

C:\Program Files\G-Lock Software – path to the folder where G-Lock Email Processor is installed.

If you installed the program to a different folder, replace the above path with your path to the GEP2 folder.
