I tried to go to the Outbox and delete the record of the failed email, but when I try to do this, the application is crashing whenever I click on Outbox. Closing and reopening the application does not resolve the issue. Do you know what is going on or how to resolve it?

This problem started after one of the latest Microsoft security updates. Not only G-Lock Email Processor, any application that is trying to open an .mht file in the Internet Explorer crashes. The length of the filename is causing the issue.
