I have configured an ODBC connection to a MySQL database. When I test the rules, the connection works fine, but in the production mode I get the “[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified” error. Do you have any ideas?

To avoid this error during the rule execution:

Stop the service in G-Lock Email Processor.

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools.

Double click on “Services”.

Find G-Lock Email Processor service.

Click the right mouse button on it and select “Properties”.

Click on the Log-On tab.

Check the “This Account” option, enter your user name and password for the account under which you run the service.

Save the changes and process the messages again.
