I ran my first verification list of 8000+ emails and received this error “The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data”. Any advice?

If you verify emails from a database and save the verification results to the database, make sure that the fields in the database have enough length to store the verification results. Set the length of the LastResponse field to 200 characters.

For other fields (except Log) 50 characters are enough. It is not recommended that you save the Log to the database because it’s too long. But if you need the log, set 300-500 characters for the Log field.
