I get the “Unable to load Odbcji32.dll” error when loading Excel files

I have upgraded MS Office from 2010 to 2016 and I’m not able to load new Excel files and reconnect to the database in Excel 2016. I’m getting the “Unable to load Odbcji32.dll” error. Could you help me?

To fix the error and be able to work with Excel files, download “Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable” (AccessDatabaseEngine.exe) for 32-bit systems (Important!) from the link below and install it in the passive mode:

After you download AccessDatabaseEngine.exe, go to Start -> Run.

Type the local path to AccessDatabaseEngine.exe /passive

Example: C:\downloads\AccessDatabaseEngine.exe /passive

Click OK.

After you install AccessDatabaseEngine.exe, go to G-Lock EasyMail7 -> Settings -> Server Settings, stop and re-start the EasyMail7 Server.
