I’m testing your system for the ODBC connection feature, but I’m not succeeding. It connects to the MySQL database, but after configuring the parameters, it does not show the data to insert into email marketing. It gives the “Access denied for user ODBC@localhost (using password: YES)” error. Is there a fix?

To avoid this error, create a user with the name ‘ODBC’ and give the appropriate access permissions to the user. Then configure the ODBC access in G-Lock EasyMail7.
